The Literarisches Colloquium Berlin is a renowned literary institution with a 60-year history as a centre for literary writing and translation as well as aesthetic debates. Located in a historical villa at Wannsee, the LCB is an institution deeply engaged in national and international literary discourses. The dense programme encompasses readings, interdisciplinary events, grants and fellowships for writers and translators, and other forms of artistic production rooted in prose, poetry, theatre, radio, performance and transmedial formats. As one of the leading spaces for literature in Berlin, the LCB plays a key role for the collaborative activities of the Cluster.
