EXC 2020 "Arts of Memory" project member and former postdoctoral fellow Miguel Rivas Venegas has been selected for the brand-new EU Next Generation Europe – María Zambrano Postdoctoral Programme. Designed to attract young, talented researchers with careers developed transnationally, these EU Commission grants offer contracts of two or three years in top research groups chosen by each candidate. Miguel Rivas Venegas will continue his research on national identities and on the aftermath of cultural-monstrous narratives at the University of the Basque Country, where he currently holds a postdoctoral position awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Science.
